Super 6 Soccer COVID-19 refund policy

Competition termination

If the Super 6 Soccer competition is terminated due to government health order the following will apply:

Pro-rata refunds will be issued based on the number of games not played and will be processed based on an 11-round offering.   Junior teams that have received their uniforms will keep uniforms and the $60 cost of the uniform will not be refunded.  Refunds will be provided within 60 days of a competition being terminated

Active Kids vouchers

Active-kids vouchers used are non-returnable and non-refundable once redeemed.

“once a Voucher has been collected by the Registered Provider, the parent, guardian, carer or Eligible Child is not entitled to a refund of the membership and/or participation fee equivalent to the Voucher amount;”

Temporary suspension of games due to COVID-19 presenting case

If any team or teams are temporarily prevented from playing due to a Covid-19, Super 6 Soccer will make every effort to reschedule the missed games within the timeframe of the competition.  If this is not possible, teams that are affected and scheduled to play again in a second-round game will be a double point game.

A double point game will count as 2 games and the missed game will not be refunded.  If teams do not meet each other again and the game(s) cannot be rescheduled then the round for all the teams in the affected playing category involved will not count.  Pro-rata refunds will be issued based on the number of games not played and will be processed based on an 11-round offering.
